Be a Classic Car Show Sponsor

As the official organizer for the 2010 Castro Valley Classic Car Show, The Eden Area/Castro Valley Chamber of Commerce is making available to local businesses sponsorship opportunities that will give them community exposure during the weekend of September 11 & 12th.

Proceeds from our 2010 event will benefit the Student Awards Luncheon held annually at Willow Park.  Each of our 18 schools has a recipient who is honoured for their achievements, scholastic ability, and community service.  These are the fine young citizens we will see leading our communities in the future.

We are very interested in having your business as a sponsor on any level that you can possibly participate.  Below is an explanation of the various sponsorship levels and how your business can benefit by supporting this event.

Platinum Sponsorship - $1500

Event clothing – 1 Sweatshirt & 1 T-shirt of your choice (men’s or women’s)
Sponsors’ Choice Awards – (2)

Gold Sponsorship - $750

Company Name & Logo included on:
Center back or sleeve on approximately 300 event t-shirts
Sponsors’ banner           
All event promotional materials
Participating local business discount offers            
Sponsorship announcements highlighting your Company throughout the event
Event clothing – 1 t-shirt of your choice (men’s or women’s)
Sponsor’s Choice Awards – (2)
As a Platinum or Gold Sponsor, a representative of your Company will be invited to select two personal favorite Classic Car entries – one each day of the Car Show – to receive The Sponsor Choice Award.   Your Company name & logo will be engraved on a trophy to be presented to the winners.

Silver Sponsorship - $300 

Company Name & Logo included on:
Secondary back location on approximately 300 event t-shirts
Sponsors’ banner
All event promotional materials
Participating local business discount offers

Bronze Sponsorship - $100 or $100 in kind of products/gift cards for car show participants giveaways

All sponsors will be featured on the Chamber of Commerce Fall Festival Car Show website. On the Sponsors’ page your company information, logo (if applicable) and a link to your website will appear.  The sponsorship page will remain on the website until next year’s Fall Festival Car Show.
